- Pay to Play: The reality is, it takes money to make money, and most real estate agents do not have a market budget. Your home sale is their rent payment. - Post-Move Out Agent Walk-Through: Ensuring that closing will occur smoothly and that there are no glaring issues, surprises or unknowns for the buyer's walkthrough prior to closing. Also a time to be sure that correct appliances, personal property, mounts, brackets and agreed upon items are still in the home.
